My Football Website

I have just joined this really good site and I hope you will give me some feedback to my fans football website. It has 23 pages of reports, videos, photos etc but I am not happy with the banner. I will change it soon but is it really worth using Flash on this ?

My team play in black and white and sometimes Cambridge Blue, hence my site has a black background.

I have had the site running for a year now and am constantly looking to improve the looks and contents.

Nah I would lose the Flash and just have that as an image.
There's a bit of inconsistency between some of the pages, like index (aligned centre) and gallery (aligned left).
There are a lot of tables used aswell.

You definatly don't want to use flash. Lots of visitors (like myself) do not enable flash.

The site fails validation with 57 errors. Get those cleaned up and I'll look at the rest of the site.
