Hi everyone..
I m currently develope a project which required the video streaming and image capture between server and client pc. The image will be capture every 5 seconds.( 2 pc either in LAN or via internet ).
i m blur :confused: and i don't know which programming software should be use.
It can be done by VB? VB 6 or VB.net?
or.. should i use Java? netbean?
or.. mix?
please help. i really need help from u all.
Please suggest the programming language i should use and if possible,
the plugin or method should i use...
