Any idea on how to setup your site so that if the user has 1024 X 768, they see one site, but if they have 800 X 600, they see another?

Kind of like what Macromedia Flash has, so that if a user has Flash they see the flash website automatically, but if the user doesn’t have Flash, then they see the HTML website.
