CSS IE/FF ugliness

Basically, it looks good in Firefox, and in IE things are mushed around, any idea on how to fix this? I have little to zero knowledge in CSS.

It actually looks the same to me in Fx and IE.

All I see are minor placement changes in the right nav bar.
