what ur recommenations for the page design

for an HTml page design ,
What is ur recommendation for it to be best viewed with all screen resolutions ????

Honestly, I don't mind using a fixed width layout so long as it doesn't get cut off at <600 or cut off itself at larger widths. Centered containers over repeating backgrounds work quite well.

If it's a very boxy layout then floating rather than positioning can work well for keeping the layout very fluid but can cause issues with unwanted overlapping and such like.
