Hi
and I'm giving up my life already.
I activated my web space on tiscali
downloaded SmartFTP
uploaded all files for the home page (including index.html)
refreshed all browsers caches
Im dead sure I type everything correct
because I've already had my privious page that I deleted.
I created folder on the remote browser and named it "probuilder"
same as my directory name
that is the subfolder of the main directory folder(the one existing there)
(sorry for my language)
I uploaded all files first to the probuilder folder, but nothing happened.then to
main folder and nothing again.IE front page says:"you are not authorized to view this page"Mozilla/ tiscali.services says:"sorry there's no index for this page THis user has not yet puloaded their index file." now I really need your help fellas.Please.Please.I'm loosing my head! :(

Have you uploaded index.html onto the actual public_html directory, I have never used my ISP's webspace so I don't know if it works like that.

,,,
???
,,,
the wise man from tiscali callcentre didn't say about the folder permissions.
in fact hedidn't know much anyway.
but,
all FTPsoftware I'm using(SmartFTP,WS_FTP,)show one error message
when uploading "no such file or folder" which I do not dig it
cause first file I uploaded was index.html , then all the images.

thanks,
