Windows Media Player "screen door"

I am running Windows Media Player 10 on Windows XP.

When I play a news clip, or something from my own library, the picture is like looking through a screen door. (thin vertical and horizontal lines) Then the rest of the picture is a bit color-distorted.

Any fix to this?

What grapihics card do you have?
Does it occour on any other programs or does it occour only on Win media player 10?
