Do any of you know of a generator that will create this kind of page... http://www.washoe.k12.nv.us/hug/ I am trying to create a great chess page... But I can't do it without that.

thats a nice site for a high school most high school site suck :P But the noise when I do the rollovers is pretty annying. Anyways you need a flash page? Just get flash... what exactly do you need a layout or what?
