Has anyone any experience of these services because a friend bought a complete package and everything that they try to do or I try to do, the domain names and subdomain names do not work.

I have never seen such a messy control pannel before, sprawling is what best describes it.

I cannot see what the issue is, I keep gettin 'Error 400 - Bad Request' as an error for the URL given, the direct URL to the site that they give does not work eiter despite working instantly a few days ago...

The response I got from them was the DNS servers for that domain name need transfering to them.... FFS I made the domain within their control pannel and its their system thats decided to point elsewhere!

Any help will be appreciated.

How do you tell a bunch of morons that the Domain name and hosting plan was purchased form IX through the IX wizzard?

I have stated clearly that this is the case and they are quite instant that the domain name is registerd to MELBOURNE IT when it was purchased it from IX.

I really think I will be advising my friend to get a refund and go else where for their hosting as IX dont seem capable of anyting but excuses as to why the domain and subdomains wont work.

I gave them the order number that appears on the documentation in relation to the services bought from this company and they say... 'They have no record of that order number'

theyre quite capable of charging my friends credit card for the services but seem incapable of offering any kind of service. I dont mind saying that I have had better from Free Hosts that these so called PRO's. IX is supposed to be a biggie, biggie jobbie me says more like....
