Every 5 or so times I refresh the page (localhost) in Firefox, I have to stop the site in IIS, then start it back up again for it to work. Otherwise it just says site cannot be found and it has that button that says "Try Again."
In IE, it does the same thing, but eventually IE uses the cached page when it can't load the new one.
