Please Suggest What's Best...!

Hi friends,

We are developing a couple of Database-driven websites. We want to make the sites as simple and user-friendly as possible.

We propose to use PHP/MySQL/JavaScript with Linux OR ASP/MS SQL/Javascript with Windows.

Could you tell us if these are the best technologies? Also, which one of these options is better? If you've any other suggestions, please tell us.

That is basically a personal opinion. I use PHP, but ASP would work just as well. Do you know either of them? I too would recommend PHP/MySQL, though as AdamBrill stated, it is a matter of preference... I was looking over the projects... Requirement 2 sucks...

Because these are small projects, we prefer develpers based in Bangalore.
