A friend has asked me to develop a site for them, I apologise for any ignorance I show! The site needs to have users and passwords and also the ability to pay for subscriptions. The main content of the site should be restricted to paid users. A shopping cart would be good too. I have been reading a lot about php and asp.net but am unsure which to go with. Take pity on me, please help!
