How can I print the browser window?

I am trying to print a page from my web site with the browser frame around it, so that it can be identifiable as a web page on paper. I need to know how to grab the frame, I know it can be done, and that it is simple, but I can NOT remember how to do it. Please help! (I think it is a simple command)

With the browser selected, press <ALT> + <PRINTSCREEN>, paste the screenshot into a photo editor (any will do, even MS Paint), then print from there.
