The biggest problem I find with Webpage Design is putting your information on the web in a way that is both eye-popping, and organized. I have no idea how I could set up a photo gallery and it not look like I just took some basic codes and put them in. I mean if I were to do that I'd have image location probelms. Also I have no idea how to do a credits page, giving credit to where I got all my images and music, so forth.

Should I try to use some form of a table code?

A good way to set up a photo album is to use an application like JAlbum from
http://jalbum.net/ to generate the album/s for you. You can still exercise your own creativity, as this allows you to use out of the box skins or create your own templates. Once you have selected the skin and set the options, the program creates all the required thumbnails, scaled down slides, and html files. You can get some idea of the versatility by looking at the 70+ example at
http://jalbum.erica59.com/jalbum.html

This releases you from a lot of the repetitive coding required and allows you to update simply by adding pictures to the image folder and pressing "Make Album"

There are quite a few similar programs out there, but this is the best I've seen, and it is freeware.
