How do you save a video with embedded media player using javascript, from websites? Please help me.

Colin Fraser, Nabila,

If I am reading the question properly, the only answer that I can give
is that you cannot save anything using Javascript from other people's
websites.

If that is the answer to the question you are asking then you may have
misunderstood what Javascript can and cannot do.

If you want to save videos from other people's websites then you need
to understand how the web works. If you fully understand that then you
do not need to ask the question you did.

However, I may be misreading the question.

If you want to set up a video on your web site with an embedded player,
using Javascript, then the answer has already be made on this site. As
a hint, you may want to use the <object> tag.

....................

well all i can say to the respondent.. you might sound intelligent with your response, but you didn't read the question DID YOU??? there's a comma just before the bit that says "from websites" !!

wrong forum. This is a Java forum not JAVASCRIPT, if you could read that is. Cus it says in BOLD letters that this is not a JAVSCRIPT forum.

but then, to be fair, it's not really a javascript question, either. JS in and of itself can't really play videos...go ask your question over in the HTML forum :)
