Submit URL to search engines

Hello,

Can anyone point me links or free tools that allow me to submit a webpage to multiple search engines and directories?

I have been using some on-line websites that do this stuff but most times they just submit free to 10 or 5 Search Engines.

What are the best trools out there to do this job?
