Need a PHP form to mail script.

I need a form to mail PHP script.
I want something with simple error checking.

I thought there would be loads of examples out there.
But I haven't found anything that's simple and easy to follow.
I've found one or two simple scripts... but these are too basic and don't have the error checking.

Can someone give me a few links to some examples?
Else... some code would be good.
