[RESOLVED] My DNS?

I currnetly register my domains with www.godaddy.com and host my websites with www.dreamhost.com.


When I setup the DNS on my domains with godaddy.com, I must put the DNS as ns1.dreamhost.com, ns2.dreamhost.com, and ns3.dreamhost.com.

Is it possible to setup a Custom DNS for my domain, www.gc40.com (which would be my master domain).

E.g. So when a client wants to use hosting that I offer, they would use:
ns1.gc40.com
ns2.gc40.com
ns3.gc40.com
?

How is this done? Help please?

you have to setup a dns server which i heard is a frighting task to do

I did something different.

Run >> CMD >> ping ns1.myreseller.com

Then I went into my Domain Control Panel on godaddy.com, edited the DNS for new host. Added ns1.mydomian.com and pointed it to the ip of ns1.myreseller.com .

Easy, free, fast, does the job I wanted.
