Problem with PHP script, please, help

Hi!
there are 3 scripts on the page - the codes of 2 of them are in the head and the 3rd one is in the body of the page. I have troubles with the 2 scripts in the head - if one of them works, the other does not and vice versa, what's the problem, can anybody help me, please?

Why on earth is this posted in the PHP forums with the words "PHP script" in the title? It's probably a case of you using the same variable names for different things. Please try to tab your code to make it readable and when putting it in these forums, start it with [code] or [colorcode=javascript] and end it with [/ code] or [/ colorcode], respectively (minus the whitespace).
