PHP Content management software

Hello, I'm new to PHP and have been using .net Nuke, I was wondering of there was a really good PHP content management software (free would be nice) anyone could recommend.

basically a system where the designer can design the template but the client has only got access to adding content and if possible the all of the things you'd want in a website like adding feedback forms, permissions for different users stuff you can add on.

I have used .netNuke which does this and you can buy modules (like ecommerce, news tickers for example) I was wondering if there was something similar that would work with PHP and a MySQL database.
