i've got an mp3 embeded into a PHP page, and it's on my computer. I'm allowing other people to access it through the Apache HTTP Server, and for some reason anyone who doesn't have quicktime set as their default mp3 player, can't listen to it.... Is there some attribute to an embeded file that can go inside the <embed> tag which will force the client's computer to use something other than quicktime?

oh hey, that just might be it... idk why iTunes would do that, but i'm gonna try re-encoding the file in another program. if it works, then i've got a little bit of a complaint to send to apple for being a faggot companu... although, it would seem that it would not be a good plan for me to watch someone talk as i type.... cuz then i spell company wrong...

well, it could have been the problem... but apparently it isn't. it would seem that quicktime is just the default media player as far as firefox is concerned unless you mess with the settings... and i can't mess with the settings in everyone else's computers, so i'll just have to make sure to tell them to get quicktime...
