internet connection speed

I need help creating a script that will automatically find what the user's internet connection speed is and then send them to a certain page without them doing anything.

I've been thinking of the same thing and i have an idea that just might work!
I'll respond with the results if I ever get to scripting(final exams tommorow and i have to study like crazy)
