I have a site that we are using for our neighborhood and want to allow the neighbors to automatically post free ads and search ads through the site. How can I do this with FrontPage? Thanks in advance

That's like asking; my company wants me to build a website. How can I do this?
That sounds really broad to me.

What I mean to say is I want their Input to automatically update on a specific portion of the website without me having to do that

I don't think anyone is going to spend the time and give you step by step instructions of the procedure on how to build a database driven website through frontpage. There are a lot of issues and technical restraints with frontpage in the first place. But I would start here http://www.frontpagehowto.com/ or http://www.outfront.net/ to get a general idea and a start on your project.

ok thanks. sorry for the stupid question i've just been handed all of this to do and don't know where to start. frontpage, from what i read, is not the best to work with because it's so limited.

Using Frontpage 2003 You can click on format on Your tool bar and Than click Dynamic Web Template , Than Click Manage Editable Region and You will be asked if You want to add Dynamic Web Template, Click Yes and it will add it too Your web site, Than Choose the Editable Regions of Your web site that You want to allow others to change ,It keeps them from changing page layout and You can chose what You want to allow them to post or change, I was just reading about this today in Microsoft Office Online, If You type in DWT on Microsoft Office Online You should be able to read all about it!

I hope this helps You!
