I have Dreamweaver 4 now but I need UTF-8 support to have Japanese and English on the same page, so I'm planning on upgrading to either MX or 8. I see I can get an MX upgrade fairly cheaply on ebay or pay $200 for the Dreamweaver 8 upgrade from Adobe. What are the main differences between the two? For basic bilingual pages will MX be sufficient? Is there any differnce between the UTF-8 support between the two?
Thanks! - Nojiri

your ofcourse going to get the most up to date support though DW8.
DW8 also has better CSS support and is a bit more stable when using a faster PC.
I wouldn't buy software from ebay, however that's your choice. I would suggest downloading the 30-day demo of DW8 before buying it.

i think its alright to buy software from ebay as long as the person has good reputation and is a power seller, nothing wrong from buying things from the internet =]

OH I agree... However the Internet isnt the issue... it's to do with the amount of sold as "Legit software" when it's really a copy and a faked serial number.
Buyer beware as the old saying is...
