I am looking for the html code that I can place in my pages to block popups.
Can anyone help?

There is no such thing. YOU insert the code to CREATE popups so you block them by not creating them in the first place.

It could be a case of someone using a free host that inserts pop-up ads, or displaying in-line ads that generate pop-up ads. I don't know off-hand if there's anyway to prevent them, but in the former case for sure and possibly in the latter case, you're most likely violatint your terms of use if you do block them.

If you are paying for your hosting then you decide what code appears on your page so you can simply omit any code that produces popups.

If someone else is paying for your hosting then they are probably covering the cost of doing so by displaying ads on your pages. Those ads may include popups. If you stop them earning money from the ads then they will stop paying for your hosting. Thy only pay for your hosting because they can make a profit from doing so.
