I want a DIV that when you scroll, it does, so it always stayes at the top of the page. And, if possable, the background to be white, not transparent;)

Is there any scripts on the net I can get a hold of?

Hey!,

This is what I was looking for. But, my horizontal menu has submenus and for some reason; 1) the submenus display at the bottom of the page OR 2) once used, they don't become available. Any ideas?
