Something happened to my IE browser--I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix it (without restoring the computer). The version is 6, IE6, and the problem is it's not accepting cookies from my email server. I can login, but I can't check the little box that says, "Remember my login," because it says the browser is rejecting cookies!! I don't know what is wrong. Everything was fine, I went to http://mail.yahoo.com/ and I was completely logged out (normally I just have to type in my password, not both my password and my s/n). I thought nothing of it, because when the cookie expires after a while, it does this on a regular basis--but not daily, of course. Anyhow, I logged in with my s/n and password, and checked the little box. Then I got the error. Darn it, I don't know what the freak happened but I'd like to know how to fix it. I have cookies enabled, and I even set it up to receive any and all cookies from the domain http://yahoo.com/. Please help, guys!

Upset and bold,
Jona

If you try to re-install IE6 it will give you an option to repair..I think..And if there is something wrong you can ask it to fix it.
However my feeling is that you screwed up some security settings...make sure all of the settings are correct or to be the least..just reset all of the settings to default level....

check your security settings you might just have them turned off

How odd!! I got it to work. :o Strange but after resetting the security twice it works... You can never be satisfied with one browser. :p (Unless it's open source and you can add more to it whenever you want to or have an idea--anyone got a C++ compiler for free? I need some tutorials, a book and a C++/C# compiler. lol)

Thanks guys, :)

Adam! That is so cool! I've used the DevCPP compiler from Bloodshed, but it's not that good--it catches errors that aren't there (strange). Maybe I got a bad version or something... (I know I had my include statements right and stuff. I know for a fact.)

Anyways, you da bomb, Adam! :p Thanks so much. :D

Google Rules! Oops, I mean..
