How do I stop this from happening...

When I view through MSIE I have this problem where when I hover over certain areas the pop-up bar for "save|print|e-mail|open my pictures folder" appears. It's particularly annoying when I hover over the arrow button as it appears on top of the button.

Funny thing is it doesn NOT appear when hovering over any of the four pictures above the arrow button.

What causes this and how can I disable it?

just as an aside, when the website goes live, try not to keep any spaces in your folder structure, or underscores, it creates confusion
