Messy Code

After uploading my HTM files and viewing the source, my code is all messy.
I have word-wrap off in notepad.

If I go to other sites, such as www.iexbeta.com
it's all clean.

Why is this?

I figured this out on my own, please ignore my post.
I was using a software to check my HTML and this unformated it.
