web host with over 1mb file size limit

does anyone know of a free webhost with a file size limit over 1 mb? becuase I have a file thats just barley over 1mb and I need it desperatley for my site. (and yes, i've told the dial up users to stay away from it.)

We don't have a web host forum because it would be too much of a magnet for spam.

Any paid web-host won't usually impose limits on file-size, but obviously this is restricted by the amount of space you have.
