I need a complicated FORM password script

I can find a million popup scripts, and i can find a simple form password script where the passwords the page name without the .html - I need a form script that is intelligent and can just be the password. Im trying to make a page where there are a series of images that are numbers

and clicking them sends the number to the form line.
eg: *click 1* form: 1 *click 2* form: 12 *click 1* form:121

then a certain five number code is the password. ex: 12177.

think any of you could figure it out for me? it only need to allow five numbers. I would really really appreciate it. I've been trying for 8 hours to mix scripts together for this effect *I have no java talent at all*

But that would actually work. Including what functions I might need, I would tihnk sometihng like this would work... Is it making more sence now?
