why from .shtm to .asp not getting form values?

Friends

I have one feedback form (feedback.shtm)
in that i have put name,email,comments inside a form.
the forms action is in feedback.asp.
when the user click the submit button.
the value from the .shtm to .asp is not coming why?
and the im using the cdonts in the asp page that also is not working.
but if i create a form in .html the value is getting .asp

?????

Ooops
I made a mistake.

instead of 'emailval' i put 'emalval'.
that is why, the form is not giving the value.
Now its working.
