how to get my domain name back

Hello, i have a domain name with one of the Tucows resellers. And hosted elsewhere for my website. But this morning waking up to my website not resolving, and checked the company who I have the domain name with, their website also gone. How do I go about get my domain back/working if the company really has done a runner? thanks!

There are a few ways. If you can't log into the account that has the DNS information, just get a new domain name company and change the DNS information there. It usually is an automatic process. That will get it back for you

If it has to be authorized, the email will come to you and whatever email address you put in for the contact information. You then click to authroize the DNS change and it will propogate within 24 to 48 hours.
