I just launched a new website and I'm looking for some feedback.
If you have a minute could you please check out my site and let me know what you think. Im interested in knowing what you think of my layout, design, navigation and topic (as well as anything else you would like to mention).

I like the content... but the pictures and feel of the site seem early-late 90's and remind me of cheap microsoft word clipart.
Also, I think you might want a min-width on the columns & header. If I resize my browser window, the navigation at the bottom starts to look jumbled up
Your usage of the greater-than/less-than signs at the bottom is quite schizophrenic. Usually, they are set like this:
< Previous
Next >
They're intended to look like arrows, not encircle the link names.
I'm surprised to see this was partly done in CSS (nice, btw) -- the design seems (as previously posted) dated. Because of its dated design appearance, I'd most likely pass this one by. Consider looking into some good graphics -- anything besides clipart -- and using a serif font.
Also, there are far too many Google ads on there. An overabundance greatly distracts from your content, and makes your site look more like an ad with some content, rather than legitimate content with a few ads.
Good Luck -

Basic layout. But you probably want more effective text. Maybe put up testimonials. More graphical cues to get your point across. Nice effort though.
