I have built a website, www.pinnaclestairgroup.com (http://www.pinnaclestairgroup.com), that seems to work fine on most computers. The main hurdle for my boss's computer (of all people!) is that it does not allow any of the pop-ups to pop up, despite turning off the pop-up blocker and allowing the site as a safe one. The pop-ups themselves are links to other sites outside of the pinnaclestairgroup.com domain (aside from a couple of internal ones).
Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
Thanks a ton
Could be that the pop-up blocker is not associated with his browser; it could be associated with an add-in. My boss' did the same thing. I found out that his Yahoo search bar ALSO had a pop-up blocker on it; same with Google or the MSN search bars.
Most people associate pop-ups with ads, and choose not to view them. Instead, have the links open a separate window the "old fashioned way:" target="_blank" or, if you need to be standards compliant: http://www.sitepoint.com/article/standards-compliant-world.

KDLA you are a genius! I did not think of that, and apparently that's what the problem was.
