Data on Domain Name Transactions

I am working on some statistical research on the valuation of domain names as an intellectual property for one of my classes and wanted to know if anyone knew where i could find some data on Transactions of domain names. All i need is the name of the domain, the sale price, and date but anything would be helpful. Thanks for your help.
