Import sql on local machine

Hi guys, i have a 50mb .sql file that i need to import into phpmyadmin on my local machine (windows 2000 running IBserver). I'm creating a copy of my phpbb forum so that i can test things out. Is it possible to import such a large file locally? I tried using BigDump but it doesn't work.

Any ideas?
