in html a4 size printing

I have some doubts can you pl.clear it.
In html, I want to control the content strictly in A4 size paper (i.e 80 columns)
1. how to do it?
2. can you please give me the JSCode for this?

There is no JS code for it.

You will have to make sure that your pages width does not excede the A4 width.
