Attachable documents..........

I'm wanting to add a form for my clients to consider until I arrange a client visit............a PDF to download would be ideal, but you cant fill this in online can you...................? you have to print it out.....Is MS Word format the only other alternative for an attachment......if so....what is the correct way to link to it/save it for the web.! or can you have a PDF that can be edited and then have it uploaded to my site via the contacts page?!

You can set up a PDF with a form overlay and embedded submit button. You can then configure the PDF so that the form contents are emailed to you after the form is filled out. All that you require to be able to set this up is a copy of Adobe Acrobat. All your visitors will need to be able to use it once you have created it is a copy of the free Adobe Reader (that most people have anyway).

If you want to do it with Word then they will need to have a copy of Word and download the word doc into that in order to fill it out (since most web browsers can't display word documents in the browser).
