images in drop down menus

Hey, I'm working on a drop-down menu for a website and would like to use images for both the links to hover over and for the menu that drops down. I'm using Fireworks 4 to generate the menu, but it has very few options when it comes to images.
I just want it so that when the user hovers over the link, a series of images drops down each of them a link, instead of just HTML text and boxes.
I hope that makes sense.

Am I missing something with Fireworks, or is there any way to generate a drop-down menu with Dreamweaver or Photoshop perhaps?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If only it did... Do you have a link to the page? Do you want a drop-down menu that, when a different option is selected, changes an image to the right of it?

I just want to have it like that, so when you hover over the link, an image drops down. I looked at the source code and it appears to be Javascript, so maybe I'm in the wrong forum for this sort of thing.
