Making A Sound When Hover Over A Link

How do you make it so when you hover over a link or a picture that leads to a link play a sound?

i'm not to sure if you can do that....i could be wrong though
you might have to get into some javascript and do some mouseover effects, but i suck at javascript so what the hell do i know....

Somewhere on my saved files folder I have or thought that I have, a small javascript snippette that would do that.

I know that you can make a sound on-hover with JAVA.
