Major FTP Problem

I am currently unable to log on to one of my websites through my FTP client. I have about 6 websites and all the rest are easily accessible and yet one is not. I gave my friend my login and ftp info and they were able to log on on there computer just fine. It leads me to believe it's my computer(s). I try to log on with several computers in my home and all bring up the CONNECTION TIMED OUT error. I've shut off any firewalls and still am shut out. Could it be my cable modem? My host says the problem is not with them or the server so it's frustrating and makes no sense to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if u haven't already done so, set your FTP thing so it'll log everything it does, wait for the error to occur, then read the logs ... good place to start to try finding the prob i think
