Looking 4 JS for menu W/sub menus for use in tables

I’m working on a site with a long list for the navigation bar. www.shopplayandlearn.com I need a js for the menu that will display the categories and on mouseover (or on click) will show the sub menu for that category. I have found some that do this but only work if using frames. This site is built using tables.

I think you might want to look for Drop-Down Menus...

I'm in the process of making a system of my own and right now I'm "old versions of IE"-proofing it...
