Scrolling divs

I'm using divs to make a navigation system similar to MS Outlook's Outlook Bar(actualy its a html duplicate), I have everything working except for scrolling when the window's too smal to display, I have everything apart from the code that actualy does the scrolling.
I'd prefer not to use scroll bars as they spoil the look of the page

can anyone help?

oh sorry, my fault, forgot to mention I'm using small clickable images to replace scroll bars

oh nevermind, was going to show some of my code I was using but noticed a typo, fixed it and now it more or less works
