Can I sell Extremepixels templates?

I want to get out of the forum buisness, so I want to get rid of all things that would relate to forums, including my Extreme Pixels templates (I have bought 8 of them over the years). I want to know if this is legal. Im not sure why it wouldnt be, but I dont want to end on a bad note if you know what I mean :p

Do you have have resell rights to sell those templates? if you dont then you cannot sell them unless you sell the new owner the license and everything that came with them.

I imagine it would be illegal for you to sell on any templates, unless it was explicitally stated that you could prior to purchasing said templates.
Most designers would not want you re-selling your work - as they're losing out on money that they're entitled to.

Also, if the templates were 'freeware' - reselling is illegal... and I imagine you'd get in trouble if you sold the templates on at a profit without prior written permission from the designer/designers and web sites/businesses you purchased them from originally.
