Storing files online...Help!?

I want to display my articles on my website without taking up space. Is there a place where I can store my files online, and then put a link on my website where it will open a new pop up window with my article in it?

My html javascript css skills are limited so if anyone could explain it to me like I was a newbie, that would be great.

Use one of the free file hosting services. I can't imagine you've got more text than your current host allows, though.

Yes. If you're in the UK, you can still get a few free dial-up services. You may have to dial up to do the uploads on some, so watch out for that. I host my F:F:F site (http://www.nascr.net/~fff) on such a service.
