Banner control

ok I've seen it done And not sure how to do it seeing I am still somewhat new to learning Html
But how would someone go about adding a Banner to each page Kinda like a freehost does?

You will have to either hard code that in every page or you can use a server side script that will insert a specific code fragment in all of the pages...

are you trying to put ads on sites on your server or do you just want to know how to add a banner image or what? What exactly do you want to do here?

Well What I am looking for is something to add a banenr to each page not the img src but something that would pop up on every page that has a .html , asp , and htm

how would one go about doing something like that?

well are you providing hosting or do you just want an ad rotator because I can put an ad on a page and track stats but autmatically incerting one on every page that is on a server is a different story.

As in for providing free hosting So I would assume server

are you actually providing hosting though? I have no idea how free hosts do it though, it will be complicated as heck I imagine and I it will probably mean using a server side coupled with xml.

I'm not actualy doing free hosting But Want the adds like free hosting I want to know because I am giving some space on my server and was wondering How to add banners to the header and footer of each page If you know a site with help on this or know howto please let me know thank you.

humm I cant say that I do but you can have you users manually insert some code and use a a server side and xml to controll and track the impressions.
