Header images are nice. I think the bevel/drop shadow on the right hand side of the header is a little to blurry. The BG image shoudl be lightened maybe to 17% opacity. Its a little hard on the eyes with the text. Your curving your right angles on everything but the bottom of the page. Give that a try see how it looks. BG color other than white may be worth exploring. Also centering the page. You asked!
