SSI Banner Ads

I want to put SSI rotating banner ads on my framed site, but I'd like the ads to either open in a new window or break the frames when clicked. Is there any way at all to do this? I read somewhere that there is a way, but they didn't go into details. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm using the entropy banner item supplied with my registrar/host.
