email wont read from the forum

hello, i recently put a text area on my page for visitors to write in and send it to my mail by clicking "submit". the mail goes through but when i open the mail there is no text. i wrote things and sent them to me and still no text. if i click "attatchments" there is text but its like (i+am+going+crazy) i dont understand. someone please give me some kind of advise. i have spent 3 1/2 hours trying to figure this out. im kinda new to building a web page..

It depends upon the settings of the email form, and the email processing on your web server.
